Kickstarter Launches Monday
With Fickle now available in stores and our website, the team is ready for our next, exciting game on Kickstarter! If you are ready to explore the galaxy painted by the legendary artist Josh Kirby, then join us in another epic Kickstarter campaign!
We remain loyal Amy Brown fans (go see our Fairy Februry sale!), but we are just as excited to work with the estate of another, legendary artist.
Josh Kirby was a force in sci-fi and fantasy from the '50s until his passing in 2000. Most famous for his Discworld Covers, we are proud to have access to his library to make his official board game!

We funded Fickle in July. Games left the factory in November, and we raced to fill orders before the year end. That's about 5 months from factory to table, and 98% of orders processed and delivered.
With 1200 units of Fickle shipping to 22 countries, there are bound to be issues. International surprises, product dings and computer language issues impacted less than 2% of orders. That is a pretty good error rate, unless you are part of that 2%. Thank you to the remaining folks who have had order hang ups. I am working through each request, and responding via [email protected]
Super Bowl Sunday
Now I would normally avoid talking sports with my gaming peeps, but my local team, the San Francisco 49ers, compete for the Super Bowl tomorrow. Why is this relevant? If the "9'ners" win, I expect clogged roads, communication delays and lots of "We are the Champions" Tweets... so, I will hide indoors and play The Lost Worlds of Josh Kirby instead.

Our next board game is a celebration of another industry defining artist. Josh Kirby was a sci-fi and fantasy legend, most famous for his Discworld book covers and iconic movie posters including Return of the Jedi and The Beastmaster. We are delighted to bring you never before seen art from his estate in the form of an epic Space Opera board game!
That box will look great next to Fickle!
We are also repeating the fun of an activity book with an awesome "Mission Log" full of coloring art and new puzzles.
It's only a few weeks away.
Until then, how about a Crossword Puzzle contest? Learn about Josh Kirby, solve the Secret Code and possibly win a play mat.
Now that all Backers have received their games (minus 8 stuck in International issues), we are moving our content to the company page. Watch for those card sleeves and play mats you missed, I will let you know when they are available.

What's Next?
I am glad you asked! Now that shipping is complete, we are wrapping up the KS round for Fickle to get ready for more retail focus. We had a wonderful showing of Fickle at BGGCon, selling through our games and finding a lot of new fans thanks to the BGG Games Library. Watch for more updates about Fickle at GAMA and KublaCon, our next shows.
Jonathan leads non-stop Fickle for 4 days!
In the next 90 days we will launch the first iteration of the Fickle Shuffler! Random fairy selection will help you find new ways to play hidden among your 26,000 ways to play. We will update your with links, etc.
Finally, the team at BARD Games has been working diligently to get our next Kickstarter ready. Watch for more information about The Lost Worlds of Josh Kirby . We will launch a board game and coloring book featuring another iconic artist!
