Lockpicks!

Clearly we have a lot of gamers (or cat burglars) backing Fickle, because those stretch goal locks are falling right off! In 24 hours we have already added several upgrades to your game;

• The dreaded Purge Fairy that eliminates everyone's highest value card. Purge is  great for keeping games tightly scored and angsty teens who want to burn down everyone's plans
• Deflect Fairy, a powerful 'blocker card' that really reduces the chaos of other player's interactions, so you can defend your tableau strategy
• Stickers for your Game Tray. Make it simple to find and choose fairies from the box. Sound simple? Ask the engineer who has to make sure each component and card (in card sleeves!) has room, and still shut the box.

And the second Frenzy Fairy add-on... the Fairy Crown is a reality! Now your game has bling!

Mo' Fairies, Mo' Game

Fickle is special. Each game starts with the act of choosing 5 fairies for that game. This dictates play style, and allows you to craft the kind of game your table will enjoy. 

What is more amazing, because each Fairy deck can be played with any other, the combinations of play grows exponentially! The base game launched with 12 fairy decks, resulting in 792 ways to play... I have played about 40 combinations and still love finding new combos that speak to my gamer style (deceit, retaliation scoring and low/no randomness). 

Look what we got by adding Purge and Distract... 

That is a lot of games! 

So, I feel safe promising that, if your players like ANY kind of game involving a card, they will find a Fairy set up that matches their gamer type. 

And, if you can get the word out for more backers, there are more Fairies coming! Next up is one of my favorites, the ultimate math trip for "max score" players!

Amazing!

What a busy first day! We launched Fickle and the backers started rolling in faster than I could post updates. That is a Fairy Frenzy.

Our first Unlock!

Speaking of Fairy Frenzy, we unlocked our first Add-on. The Fickle eColoring Book will be sent to all Frenzy Fairy backers. 6 fairy images you can print, color and print again!

If you feel left out, remember you can always change your pledge to get in on the goodies... that would be very Fickle!

We only need 70 backers to unlock the next Frenzy Add-On... a real Fairy Crown! This pinky sized, metal and faux pearl crown is the ultimate upgrade to your round tracker.
